Psalms 92:1-3 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
- Sing praises to the LORD’s name
- Give thanks to the Lord at least two times a day. In the morning remember His loving kindnesses and in the evening reflect on His faithfulness
- Praise Him with instruments – not shouting and entertainments (although our music can be enjoyable), but with a solemn sound (meditating). Be solemn in your music – let it help your heart to meditate on the goodness of God and who He is!
